Réveil sympathique, petit déjeuner parfait !
La dame qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner, très serviable très sympathique.
Elle nous a bien expliqué et annoncé , les aliments allergènes pour notre enfant qui est allergique.
Encore merci à elle , une Brésilienne qui amène du sourire (ça fait du bien de nos jours )
Un seul point VRAIMENT négatif c’est la cuisine
Nous avons voulu faire le repas à l’hôtel, mais je ne suis pas prêt d’y retourner.
Plats froid , pas assaisonné , aucun effort de présentation , et surtout immangeable..
bref c’est bien dommage.
The message was clear from that crappy hotel, if we are fully booked we do not accommodate since we do not have to. Customer service should not come when are desperate but always. Have a nice day and hope customers dwindle in the future.
