Chef Christophe Chartenay's restaurant in Beaune with terrace offering burgers and pizzas.

Since November 2023, Bastien Guillon, the new friendly and smiling manager, has taken over this brasserie with its Parisian flair and friendly, cheerful atmosphere. The teams remain unchanged, with chef Christophe Chartenay and his brigade cooking up homemade dishes based on fresh produce and Burgundian specialties. Beef steak with Epoisses sauce and veal chop with morel mushroom sauce are sure to please even the most discerning palate. The pizzas are excellent. On sunny days, take advantage of the first rays of sunshine on the terrace for a menu of the day or a light snack.

Very good menu, nice service, we sat outside as we had a small dog, tables are very close together but that’s Bistro dining. Food was excellent , several set menu choices, good wine list not too overwhelming in size. The Beef Bourgogne and the truffle tagliatelle were both delicious main courses. Will definitely return.
