Restaurant with bar located in the centre of Beaune offering French and Burgundian cuisine by chef Etienne Wolf.
The new establishment of the Plaza Carnot welcomes you for a meal and even for a few days. On the one hand, it is a restaurant and the other offers guest rooms allowing you to stay in the centre of Beaune. As far as the restaurant is concerned, the decoration is rather successful. The ancient charm of the building has been preserved: exposed stone walls, wooden frame and railings, French ceiling… Some portraits of famous authors have been added, a large library, very comfortable chairs, a bar with fine finishes and the tower is played! The atmosphere is half way between the literary café, the Parisian bistro and the contemporary restaurant. In cooking, Chef Etienne Wolff gives you an appointment with French classics and Burgundy: eggs meurette red and white sauce, shell snails, fresh frogs, Burgundy beef, charolais beef filet… To let you guide, choose the Bistro menu and the proposals of the day, the Bourguignon menu honours the land and the menu Written'wine is made up of specialities from the house. Don't miss the selection of good wines from the region proposed by the sommelier. A surprising address that must be visited at least once!
