La Table de Guigone has become a benchmark for fine dining in Beaune. Arnaud Barande and his sister Astride Barande, both chefs with extensive Côte d'Or experience who took over the establishment in 2024, offer a highly attractive menu. The 100% Côte d'Or-labeled menu gives pride of place to local produce and regional recipes. An excellent traditional and timeless cuisine at reasonable prices, and the same goes for the wines. The terrace overlooks a charming little square close to the town center, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade.
