Off the coast of Kingston, this year-round island is one of the best known of the Thousand Islands. Full of charm, it is known for its almost magical sunrises and sunsets. To get there, take the Wolf Islander III ferry from the wharf near the centre of Kingston. It operates year-round, from 6am to 2am; it costs nothing to board, even with a car. The island offers a wide range of services, from beautiful bed and breakfasts to waterfront restaurants. Be sure to visit the Big Sandy Bay Conservation Reserve. Cycling, fishing, golfing and sailing are popular on the island.
