Italian ice cream lovers are served here by authentic Italian ice cream makers, Giuseppe and Jacky, who opened their shop in June 2004 in Colmar, after discovering that there were no transalpine ice cream shops in the city yet. Success is equal to quality: it is not uncommon to wait in line to taste Italian women, or gelatos - ice-cream in Italian - with ingredients imported from the country such as hazelnut, pistachio or bourbon vanilla... Here is top-of-the-range ice cream that is not even more expensive than elsewhere, or even less, served with a smile on the face of Italy. At Christmas, the shop offers logs.... in Florentine style of course!
