Founded in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family-run business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams, as well as for its highly original creations! Its Colmar location is a veritable temple to gourmet delights: it's impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with over two hundred flavors of ice cream and sorbet, not to mention the sublime frozen entremets. Add to this succulent cakes, individual pastries (éclairs and cream puffs, rum babas, verrines, macaroons...) and other pastries.
