Colmarians who love good, fresh, organic bread have been rubbing their hands with delight ever since L'Enfariné, the highly reputed Kaysersberge baker-patissier, had the good idea of opening its stand (end of April 2021) in the heart of the Covered Market. They'll find ciabatta with olives, bread with cocoa and olive oil, and crusty baguettes. All the breads are certified organic and prized by top restaurants, including La Maison des Têtes. As for sweets, L'Enfariné offers fruit tarts, revisited classics (black forest!), 100% homemade creations and specialties such as artisanal kougelhopfs and panettones.
