Maison Hirose, their bakery and patisserie in Colmar, delights the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands with a wide range of breads and viennoiseries offering incomparable flavours. And when it comes to pastries, it's Byzantium! Sublime Éclairs, tangy lemon tarts, Paris-Brest revisited in a version... Paris-Tokyo filled with azuki compote and matcha green tea cream. We can't get enough!

La prochaine fois, je prendrai la confiture qui me faisait de l'oeil! (Vanille/ananas - cassis d alsace - fraise sauvage - poire/chocolat - kiwi ..et pleins d autres..)
Les viennoiseries et pâtisseries sont appétissantes et originales, d'inspiration japonaise.
Excellent service, vendeuse toujours souriante et accueillante.
Mon coup de cœur va au pain melon que je recommande !
