This bakery is a delight for lovers of good bread in all its forms! Eddy makes baguettes, loaves and other specialties from Label Rouge flours. Tradition, country or wholemeal baguettes, seeded bâlois, hazelnut and apricot bouchons, sandwiches, pizzas, savory or sweet tarts, viennoiseries, cakes and brioches: everything is fresh daily, not frozen or pre-baked. The welcome is warm and the setting highly original.

Une Vrai boulangerie !!! Sans doute la meilleur de Colmar????????. Contrairement à Maison Alexandre qui se vente de Médailles d’or. ???? Un large choix de viennoiseries originales, un accueil chaleureux, et j’en passe. Foncé les yeux fermé. À très vite ????

The Swiss and choc croissant are really good. Moist and delicate. But the true star is really the baguette. Flavorful and impossible so stop eating. Please go buy at least one, you won't regret it.
