“J’ai récemment visité cette boulangerie pour prendre un café et un croissant. Malheureusement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. La tasse que j’ai reçue sentait mauvais, comme si elle n’était pas correctement lavée, et cela a rendu le café imbuvable. De plus, j’ai été déçu par le comportement de la caissière, qui était impolie avec une cliente âgée. Ce genre de service n’est pas acceptable et j’espère que cela pourra être amélioré à l’avenir.”
