Set amidst vineyards, this estate is a fine example of Santorini's architecture, as the building is carved out of volcanic rock, allowing the cellar to enjoy natural coolness. It's here that we sit down to taste the estate's various wines, made from the island's famous grape varieties: Aidani, Assyrtiko, Mavrotragano and Mandilaria. All are certified free of chemical additives, the Hatzidakis estate being the first vineyard on Santorini to be granted certified organic status.

Open year-round from Tuesday to Saturday. Summer: 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Winter: 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Price of a tasting with 5 wines: €35.
Owner's Message
We strongly believe in the quality of the raw material. As Haridimos Hatzidakis used to say, "good wine is made in the Cellar, excellent wine in the Vineyard".
The winery's workforce continues to produce quality wines in limited quantities, always aiming at the expression of the island's terroir, through the indigenous grape varieties of Santorini, fermenting only with indigenous yeasts. Hatzidakis Winery wines do not contain chemical additives. We let time do the work and ripen them naturally. In addition, they are always bottled unfiltered.
These wines are made by young people faithful to the philosophy of the Hatzidakis family, for those who love quality wine from Santorini.

Nous avons réservé une dégustation dans ce domaine parce qu'il est familial et historique sur l'île.
La culture est biologique et vegan. Situé au milieu des vignes.
De très bon vins, une belle histoire.
Petit bémol sur la durée de la visite. Il y avait plusieurs autres groupes en même temps et les explications et découvertes du vin étaient très courtes et synthétiques. Nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir échanger plus avec le fils de la grande famille de vignerons du domaine qui nous a servi les vins.
Loin d'une coopérative,c'est une petite exploitation qui produit de très bons vins ....
Tout est réuni pour découvrir certains cépages de Santorin !!!
