Skala is a nice restaurant, set in a soothing environment. The staff is attentive, the Greek cuisine is of very good quality and served with a nice effort of presentation. All the classics are there: moussaka, salads, meats, and a great deal of fish and seafood. A selection of local wines is also featured, in particular those of the renowned Domaine Sigalas, based in Oia. Busy contemplating your plate, you will soon forget that there is no particular view. Remember to make a reservation though.

The view is lovely, the food delicious-from the kebab appetizer to the moussaka and imaginative cocktails, it was a great choice for an evening meal.

100 euros for two - the cocktail was half made and full price. The food was not cooked properly (seafood was either too rare or overdone). It would have been better at half the cost.
