Read moreThe winery, which has been in existence since 1997, is a fine example of Santorini's architecture as the building is carved out of the volcanic rock, allowing the winery to enjoy natural coolness. It is also the first certified organic producer on the island and applies the principles of organic agriculture to all its vineyards without exception. Moreover, the wines of Domaine Hatzidakis are free of chemical additives. The family lets time do its work and they mature naturally. Guided tour upon reservation.
