Lébamba is a small village north of Ndendé, going up the N6 to Mimongo. At 3 km from Lebamba, guided by an inhabitant of the village, you can visit the caves of Bongolo. It is a vast network of galleries carved by an underground river in a limestone mountain overhanging the Louétsi river. This beautiful set of stalactites and stalagmites attracts more and more tourists. It is also possible to refresh yourself in the waterfalls of Lekindou, but here again you will have to be accompanied or ask for directions. In Lebamba, on the road to the caves, you can stay in a hut for a small fee.
