The classic menu reveals to visitors the enticing titles of traditional Flemish quality cuisine. Regional dishes and great vintage wines are served in a historical setting with a spectacular view of the canals and the sound of the belfry chimes in the background, which could not be more scenic. As an appetizer, you can try the Zeebrugge shrimp salad with red pesto followed by rosemary lamb hazelnuts, a delight. The old-fashioned service is orchestrated by in the tradition of these chic restaurants from another time. The place also houses a beautiful and cosy hotel.

I enjoyed a bouillabaisse with a small lobster excellent faction. The service is a little great style... Boys serve wine every 5 minutes what can make you think that you will have to be ordered 2nd bottle but I wrong on their intentions. The setting is wonderful and I can only recommend this hotel. foie gras goose and salmon starters are delicious.
