It's hard to find a low-price address in the center of Bruges where you can have a healthy, hearty and quick lunch! This little restaurant on a street just off Burge Market is efficient: just a few tables (but quickly taken over), and behind the counter a few paninis and homemade soups in winter. All you have to do is choose from the 3 or 4 options, such as pumpkin or leek soup, or cauliflower, bell pepper and mascarpone. Warm in winter! In summer, the small, slightly tucked-away store offers a range of delicious mixed salads.

Que demander de plus ? Les soupes (2 formats) et/ou panninis peuvent êtere mangés sur place ou emportés pour gagner du temps. En hiver, une valeur sûre. En été aussi d'ailleurs si vous ailez la soupe. Plus central que cela, tu ne peux pas Monsieur.
