Welcome to Heidi and Nico. This discreet and welcoming couple welcomes you to their charming canal-side restaurant. At Bistro de Schaar, everything is homemade, even the bread! In the open kitchen, you'll see chef Nico cooking meat and fish in the central fireplace. Wood-fired cooking is a real treat. The crackling fire warms the atmosphere. The suggestions, always original, are renewed every two weeks. As you'll have gathered, this is generous, comforting cuisine, a local address recommended by the locals!
