"If it's good, people will come". That's Zuid55's motto, and it works! Just outside the city center, Zuid55 is one of Bruges' gourmet restaurants. Frédérik is a passionate sommelier - you'll notice the magnificent cellar in the center of the room - and will advise you on food and wine pairing. Chef Bart takes you on a journey into his offbeat, high-level culinary universe. Each dish has its own story and is prepared with seasonal produce. The highlight of the show: dessert! We won't tell you more, but we bet you've never experienced anything like it!

WELCOME TO RESTAURANT ZUID55 IN THE HEART OF BRUGES
Frederik and his team welcome you to this site. They are ready to welcome you warmly and to spoil you culinarily in the renovated, cosy and trendy restaurant 'Zuid 55'.
We work with a small menu. Lunch is available every working day in the afternoon.
The kitchen brigade creates seasonal dishes. Fresh and local products are at the top of the list to surprise you.
Frederik is happy to share his extensive wine collection with you. Wine lovers will find themselves in a beautiful wine list.
