Read moreLuštica Bay, located at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, is a peninsula between the sea and the mountains, 47 km² in size and 13 km long. This unique natural site gathers first-class infrastructures built since 2013. The architecture is based on the codes of the old Montenegrin fishing villages. Apartments, villas, hotels, golf courses, shops and restaurants are spread around 7 km of preserved coastline. The Marina Village, the central district of Luštica Bay, houses a luxurious marina, while on the land side, fields of olive trees, mountains planted with cypress and oak trees complete the decor of this luxurious seaside resort.
VRMAC MASSIF (ВРМАЦ)
Read moreThe small Vrmac massif, which separates the town of Tivat from Kotor, is dotted with ancient villages. For the most part abandoned, these villages are linked by a network of paths that have recently been restored. The local association responsible for restoring these trails has produced a map of the region, which can be found at the Tivat tourist office. The massif's highest peak is 785 m above sea level, and between Gornja Lastva and Bogdašići you can see evidence of the Austro-Hungarian occupation.

Read moreThree small islands, accessible by boat, face the town. The largest, known as Sveti Marko, was home to a Club Méditerranée hotel complex in the 1960s. The islet of Ostrvo Cvijeća, or "Island of Flowers", is home to the ruins of the Archangel Michael Monastery. In the 13th century, it was the seat of the Zeta kingdom. The island of Our Lady of Charity (Gospa od Milosti) is home to a monastery whose appearance dates back to the 19th century.

Read moreSurrounded by defensive walls, this palace was erected in the mid-16th century by the Buća family, a noble family from Kotor. Serving both as a secondary residence and as a shelter from enemies, the palace consists of a residential house, a warehouse, a small church dedicated to St. Michael (the family's patron) and a large porch. Today, the complex houses an art gallery and a small open-air stage in the adjacent garden.
