The N'Zébéla Togba Pivi mausoleum is located in this village just before a bridge over the Loffa River (coming from Macenta). This tomb is that of a Toma warrior who became a national hero after rising up against the French invader at the end of the 19th century. He died in one of his last battles in the forest in 1908. The portrait of the warrior is painted in a naive way on a wall near the mausoleum, which has been tiled for some years now. Unfortunately the site is in a very bad state. To find it and to have the comments of the elders, the simplest is to ask the inhabitants once on the spot.
