More than 2 hours by car from Kankan (117 km) on the rough Kissidougou road, this small village at the foot of a hill is of little interest in itself. However, it is distinguished from other villages by an amazing culinary specialty: agouti stew, a large rodent. With the Ebola crisis of 2013, this specialty has admittedly largely disappeared from local scrubland. However, on some days you will still find it on the roadside. Sensitive souls and stomachs should not eat it, as the taste and smell of this meat are very strong. Some people love it, others are disgusted by it, it's up to you to test it... and maybe to hate it!
