Located at 1 365 m above sea level, the colonial village of Santa Lucía charm with its unusual location (on the edge of the mountain) and its quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, for the past few years, the inhabitants of the capital have been building secondary residences without any concern for the architectural integrity that would allow the village to nurture some tourism ambition.Founded in the th century after the discovery of silver mines, the village developed as well as it was evil. In recognition of the richness brought to the crown, King Felipe II of Spain gave Santa Lucía, in 1574, an icon of Christ that can now be seen in the church (if the door is closed, look for someone who can open it to you). Today, the community is dedicated to the production of flowers. Some describe Santa Lucía as a beautiful village. You should not exaggerate, but a walk in the streets that wind on the hill is pleasant.
