Opened in 1977, this trattoria with a terrace overlooking the Mercato Centrale square offers a very warmly arranged tavern decor, with frames and subdued lights. Several rooms and different atmospheres, always with a lot of character. The menu offers a wide range of Tuscan specialities, such as bistecca alla fiorentina or pasta al ragù, and quality wines. The dishes are cooked in the traditional way and with respect for the product. And to make matters worse, the service is pleasant and cheerful. Authentic Tuscan cuisine, some of whose recipes are taken from medieval cuisine, such as the famous carabaccia (onion soup). There is no lack of specialties.
