This is a nice marina and swimming stop on the way to Stockholm. 90 km after Norrköping, about 50 km from Stockholm, turn right on road 218 for 10 km towards Trosa, a nice harbor with very narrow streets, located in front of an archipelago. When you arrive in Trosa, you will see a sign that reads "Världens Ände" (the end of the world). This is the name of this small village, which is the last stop (except for the islands of Öland and Gotland) on this tour of Sweden, before reaching Stockholm. If you look hard enough, you will find a sign that says: "The end of the world. You who travel around the world all your life, and stop here and there, can now stop looking, because you have arrived here. After crossing a narrow bridge, you arrive at a small sandy beach lined with wooden pontoons and sheltered from the wind (and from view) by large rocks, birch and pine trees. Nearby, a kiosk sells ice cream, sausages, coffee and soft drinks. The small center around the small canal and Torget is worth a visit, as are the small red houses of the old village. Signs indicate the direction to the camping and bathing places. When you leave Trosa, take the same road to the E4 freeway towards Stockholm.
