If the latter provided an elevator, the Schlossberg would be stronger: a cable car from Stadtgarten to the restaurant! The fifth generation manages this restaurant on the heights of Freiburg, one of the best in the city. If Dattler is known for its legendary "snacks" with homemade pastries, it is also known for its refined and varied cuisine and "thriller dinners": once or twice a month, the restaurant invites its guests to participate in a theatrical performance over a good meal. A very good time!
