Of the more than one hundred farms established on its territory, some fifty are dedicated to dairy production. Laiterie de Coaticook is the emblem (its ice cream, made with real milk and cream, is renowned throughout the province). But it's also a place with a rich architectural heritage, as evidenced by the Barnston Baptist Church (1837), the old train station (1904) and the Arthur-Osmore-Norton château (1912). To stretch your legs, head for the summit of Mount Pinnacle in Baldwin, where spectacular views await, or go fish-fishing at Parc Découverte Nature.
