This religious edifice, the construction of which was launched by King Mohammed VI, then Crown Prince, was inaugurated in 1983. The first tour takes in the city's landmarks, from the Place du 9 avril to the Punic-Roman necropolises overlooking the bay to the Villa Harris. The second tour takes you to the outskirts of Tangier. You'll pass the Perdicaris park before reaching Cap Spartel and the Grottes d'Hercule. You can go up and down as many times as you like.
