The Folks is a specialty coffee chain founded in 2022, which already has six locations in Lisbon and its own roastery. Ranked among the world's top 100 cafés, it is renowned for its quality coffees (espresso, filter, cold brew) and its carefully prepared brunches. On the menu are all the classics: eggs Benedict, avocado toast, homemade granola, freshly baked pastries, and pancakes whose reputation has taken the city by storm. A great place to enjoy a coffee or brunch in the historic Chiado district.
