Just a stone's throw from Mãe da Agua and the Amoreiras garden, with access via João Penha street, it's nestled in a small house at the top of a flight of steps. To round off a romantic stroll through the neighborhood, this small, precious and intimate bar, inaugurated in 1972, is absolutely perfect! Thanks to its excellent cocktails and digestifs, this unusual address attracts an after-dinner clientele. The waiter, dressed in a suit and escorting us to the door, tells us that O Procópio belongs to the ex-wife of the manager of Pavilhão Chines!
