Inaugurated in 1894 by King D. Carlos and Queen D. Amelia, it is considered one of the most important aristocratic theatres in Lisbon. Located in the full Chiado, which became a cinema at the beginning of the 2002 th century, it closed its doors for several years until. Today it is completely renovated, with its main room and winter garden, welcoming among the best shows of the moment. A not miss in its walls: its coffee, the Café dos Teatros to the minimalist decoration in the pink tone, the rendezvous priceless of the théâtreux!
