You will certainly hear about Café Luso if you are looking for a fado restaurant. Inaugurated in 1927, on the site of an old palace, it is one of the oldest restaurants on the theme of Lisboa. His reputation makes him a mecca of fado: what could be more normal, it is here that Amália began her career. The space is impressive with its arcades and stone walls. In its large vaulted hall, a fado show is given throughout the evening, during which exclusive artists of the house sing in an intimate atmosphere.

Restaurant sympathique, nourriture correcte mais un service déplorable, un service extrêmement long et peu d’attention. Un très bon point pour le fado qui y est magnifique cependant !

Le menu est sans surprise et la qualité des plats est correcte mais on vient principalement au Cafe Luso pour le fado et cet aspect de la soirée était extrêmement réussi. 5 interprètes, 3 femmes et 2 hommes se sont succédés, interprétant chacun 3 pièces avant la finale qui les réunissait tous les cinq.

Menu unique à 40€ pour un Repas horrible : très basique et pas frais. service agréable malgré tout, les boissons sont très chères aussi. 17€ un apéritif qui d’ailleurs était noté 15 ! Spectacle réussi
