This classic 3-star hotel near the Cinémathèque offers modern services and 49 comfortable rooms (including 6 suites) and beautiful views, among them the half of them have private terrace. All rooms are equipped with proper bathrooms (with dryer), with a direct dial telephone, a safe, a minibar and a satellite TV station. Spent a night here on our way home after spending five nights at their Madeira location. The front reception gave us only one room key card.

Went back to ask for a second as my wife and I were going out separately, and the young girl at reception made it seem like a one night stay did not merit two cards. It was as if I was asking for a big favor. In the end she reluctantly gave me one.

I've never been to a hotel that didn't give us two cards.

It was strange and she was a tad rude. And how do you not have enough cards in stock?

There was a nasty smell in the common areas but thankfully not in our room. Air conditioning not working making the room stuffy. Complained only to be told it was on heat mode and they would not change it until the summer!

Recently stayed in The Turim Marquês hotel in Lisbon with a golf buddy. What a pleasure it was From check in to restaurant/bar staff were all really lovely and welcoming. Rooms were definitely 4star quality and spotless clean. When we come back to Lisbon again we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Jonathan kehoe

The hotel was quite nice, the room was super clean and modern, the staff at the reception was friendly enough, although there surely is room for improvement.
