Inspired by French brasseries, this establishment is nestled in the heart of the Cais do Sodré district. Here, you can enjoy dishes such as their famous Bife (Steak) à Brilhante, comfortably seated at the central counter surrounding the open kitchen. The recipe for this dish is inspired by the Lisbon classic Bifteck à Marrare: a specialty in the famous cafés of the 19th century, and now back with a recipe perfected by chef Luis Gaspar and his team.
