It was during the period of Covid-19 and confinements that chef António decided to explore the world of natural fermentation. He teamed up with his brother Lourenço to create Do Beco in 2020. Initially, as the name suggests, it was a simple bakery. But given the quality of the products, success came quickly. Today, it's also a café where you can take a break or brunch on weekends with the formula for two.
