A little hidden in a small street where you can taste the cuisine of the famous starred chef José Avillez.
Between the São Carlos and São Luíz theaters, here's a small bistro room with a mirror and uncluttered decor, with a few everyday objects on the walls, such as a beautiful arrangement of plates. José Avillez, a Lisbon-born chef (Michelin-starred during his time with Tavares), has made a name for himself with a discerning clientele. His fresh, inventive cuisine, always based on quality products, puts the emphasis on raw ingredients. You can also find him in Cascais and at Parque das Nações in Oriente.
