Situated on the main street bordering Alfama, this small, long restaurant offers a well-crafted cuisine: fish "cataplana", cod at "Mimi" (from the house), shrimps with saffron rice, gourmet paella with cuttlefish rice, but also grilled fish and traditional beefsteak. Mimi, the mistress of the house, has created a warm setting here to listen to fado. The artist-in-residence received the "Amalia" award for best performer in 2014. An address to dine and listen to traditional fado, without spending too much.
