In the past, the best Japanese restaurant in the city (Aya), in any case one of the oldest, was metamorphosé (spring 2012) in sushi towers thanks to a new specialty of specialty, made by Brazilian masters, less demanding in salary than Japanese and closer to Japanese quality than the Chinese. Two menus seem to summarize all the subtleties of the fusion kitchen house: nigiri of sardines, makis (of cod or octopus), tempura of ova of venom and other sushi or sashimis… Service at the height in a correct interior, below the Lisbon Twin Towers, residential, these latter insure the bulk of the client quota… If you ever come to the neighbourhood…
