During the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, Margo Abdine began crafting exquisite pastries from her home kitchen. This passion project blossomed into Margo's, a celebrated café and bakery now boasting two Amsterdam locations. The incredibly flaky croissants, danishes, and pain au chocolat are so sought after, they're worth crossing the city to experience.
Beyond these signature pastries, Margo's offers daily focaccias featuring fresh, seasonal produce, alongside artisanal beverages such as specialty coffees, ceremonial matcha, and uniquely crafted lattes.
Guests are welcomed into a tranquil atmosphere where they can savor the artistry and environmental consciousness of Margo's cuisine. The viennoiseries, meticulously prepared over three days using time-honored French baking techniques, showcase the finest natural, plant-based ingredients.
Furthering their commitment to sustainability, Margo's features HuskeeCup reusable cups, ingeniously crafted from coffee grounds. All proceeds from these sales support The Ocean Cleanup's vital work in purifying our oceans and rivers.
