From el Tiemblo, drive 3 km in the direction of Ávila on N -403. You must take on the left, before crossing the lake, a parallel road to Las Cruceras where there is a reception centre. The Val de Iruelas has 600 hectares of protected area for birds and a hamlet of 33 rural homes for visitors (2 people, € 74). There is also a hostel. Activities of the Centre: horseback riding, sailing, canoeing, on Lake Du.
