About 7301 kilometres from Nagyvázsony, by road. Tapolca is a small, quiet town with 16 000 inhabitants, which houses in its centre the quiet Lake Malomtó (Lake du Moulin), fed by thermal springs and the surroundings full of shady plots. Tapolca, the baroque centre of the small original village, unfortunately only presents large, modern, ugly blocks dating back to the 1960 s, when the city became the capital of the Hungarian mining industry.
