This village, which has undergone major tourist development since the 1980s, is typical of the Pelion with its cobbled streets, renovated mansions, lush greenery and stone fountains. Walk down its central alley towards the square and wander through the picturesque Argyraika district. And, weather permitting, take a hike to Milies or the coastal village of Kala Nera. The scenery is breathtaking... Also visit Esperides, the women's agrotourism cooperative of Vyzitsa, and taste its traditional products. You can stay for a night or more to enjoy the cobbled streets and admire the church of Aghios Ioannis Podromou.
