Saveurs des Iles is located in Beau Vallon. Gérard Patti, the owner and artisan ice-cream maker, offers old-fashioned ice creams made with milk, fresh cream, fresh eggs and natural products. You'll also find sorbets made with over 50% fresh fruit, harvested and imported from the best producers in the Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion and Madagascar. All ourice creams are homemade and contain no additives, colorants, artificial flavors or preservatives . What's more,the company offers unique creations in 30 flavors ,made from top-quality produce, fruit and spices. They are available to take away in 50 cl, 1 liter and 2 liter ice-cream tubs.
