Argentina's third largest city behind Buenos Aires and Córdoba, the largest city in the province of Santa Fe is a dynamic city little visited by tourists but adored by Argentines. It is here that the country's flag, Che and football prodigy Lionel Messi were born, three national prides for this port city on the Parana River.
