One of the most popular parrillas in town, the restaurant is always full, both at noon and in the evening. It is better to reserve if you don't want to wait. The atmosphere is family, without fuss. The meat is good, tasty and melting, but remember to ask for the sauce on the side, sometimes it is a bit too much and spoils the taste of the dish. The service is pleasant, although sometimes a little slow. Possibility to have lunch there, menu around 6 US$, including dessert and drink. Special mention for the Patagonian lamb.

Including inhabitant with Rosario, I can tell you that " La Estancia " is one of the restaurants of the most traditonnels for tasting of the famous argentinian meat.
