This Renaissance-style residence, much appreciated for its proximity to the river, now houses city services.
Renaissance style mansion built in 1890 by José Nicolás Puccio. It owes its name to its third owner Alfredo Rouillón, married to María Hortensia Echesortu. It was a summer residence for this family, very appreciated for its proximity to the river. The place was gradually abandoned until it became a ruin. But in 1989 the house was declared a National Historic Monument. Bought by the municipality in 1996, it now houses city services.
