L'Éphémère is a unique concept in themed dining in the gardens of the Belfort dwelling. One Thursday a month, chef Micheline Zie invites her aficionados to (re)discover her inventive, cross-cultural cuisine and share an unforgettable moment. The themes change according to the inspiration of the chef (Rimed Razié, grand large, gourmet street food...) who then concocts a complete meal inspired by Creole gardens.
