One Thursday a month, chef Micheline Zie invites her aficionados to (re)discover her inventive, cross-cultural cuisine and share an unforgettable moment. Nathanaël Ducteil has set up his restaurant in the Comptoir des Viandes boutique, where you can sample the talented Martiniquan chef's revisited specialties: lambis hot-dog, local pork (côte boucanée, kumquat confit, sweet potato, peanut) or clam-crusted bass fillet with lentil cream. On the sweet side, special mention goes to the sweet potato, a moelleux with aged rum, or the rice with coconut milk, "nannan coco" sorbet, rice tuile and crumble. There are only 15 places, so book ahead!
