L'Éphémère is a unique concept in themed dining in the gardens of the Belfort dwelling. One Thursday a month, chef Micheline Zie invites her aficionados to (re)discover her inventive, cross-cultural cuisine and share an unforgettable moment. The themes change according to the inspiration of the chef (Rimed Razié, grand large, gourmet street food...) who then concocts a complete meal inspired by Creole gardens. Every Tuesday at noon, you can take advantage of a package that combines a visit to the plantation with lunch. An experience not to be missed!

200% fresh, 100% local: that's the motto of this brand-new sandwich shop that highlights the flavors of yesteryear. Kay Sandwich treats you from breakfast to lunch, including the 10 a.m. snack. Every Monday, we impatiently wait for the sandwich of the week which honors local products: the conch fricassee sandwich, the titiris accras sandwich (small river fish), but also the omelets revisited locally (cod chiquetaille). Most of the products come directly from the family garden.

In the heart of Jambette Village, Churrasco Steak House marries Caribbean flavors to perfection. On the menu, marinated meat specialties, served in the purest Brazilian tradition, directly cut up at the table: chicken skewers with bacon, rack of lamb, entrecôte… We particularly love the delicious Black Angus burger. An all-you-can-eat buffet (in 3 passes), cold and hot. For those with a small appetite, opt for the self-service Salad Bar (shrimps, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables…). An address not to be missed for meat lovers!

A little tired of the traditional chicken colombo and Tahitian style marlin? Try Torii Sushi and its fusion cuisine combining Japanese inspirations and West Indian flavors. Try the inevitable sushi, maki, sahimi, seaweed, poke bowls, temaki and other tempura, but also original creations: hot sushi (cheddar, naruto), cold sushi (rolls…) and the 100% peyi dishes: the Torii Bokay (tuna or marlin and flambéed banana) and the Torii boat (combination of different sushi). It's fresh and very good!

Nathanaël Ducteil has set up his restaurant in the Comptoir des Viandes boutique, where you can sample the talented Martiniquan chef's revisited specialties: lambis hot-dog, local pork (côte boucanée, kumquat confit, sweet potato, peanut) or clam-crusted bass fillet with lentil cream. On the sweet side, special mention goes to the sweet potato, a moelleux with aged rum, or the rice with coconut milk, "nannan coco" sorbet, rice tuile and crumble. There are only 15 places, so book ahead!
