Try the inevitable sushi, maki, sahimi, seaweed, poke bowls, temaki and other tempura, but also original creations: hot sushi (cheddar, naruto), cold sushi (rolls…) and the 100% peyi dishes: the Torii Bokay (tuna or marlin and flambéed banana) and the Torii boat (combination of different sushi). It's fresh and very good!

Read moreNathanaël Ducteil has set up his restaurant in the Comptoir des Viandes boutique, where you can sample the talented Martiniquan chef's revisited specialties: lambis hot-dog, local pork (côte boucanée, kumquat confit, sweet potato, peanut) or clam-crusted bass fillet with lentil cream. On the sweet side, special mention goes to the sweet potato, a moelleux with aged rum, or the rice with coconut milk, "nannan coco" sorbet, rice tuile and crumble. There are only 15 places, so book ahead!
