Real cuisine is all about hard work and good produce, know-how and creativity, not to mention a healthy dose of talent, as demonstrated by chef Karim Boukhari, who offers a unique experience at Cuisine en Ville, the only 100% halal gourmet restaurant in Lyon and France. Having entered the kitchen at the age of 12 and worked his way up through the ranks of top chefs, the chef has also taken part in the Bocuse d'Or and won the Taittinger culinary prize. Dishes that take us on a culinary journey, including desserts with an incredible chocolate sphere.

Génial , tout est parfait
La climatisation n’était pas allumé en arrivant, nous étions clairement en nage à l’intérieur du restaurant. Dommage. Je ne pense pas renouveler l’expérience une seconde fois.
